Shipping
Is there a shipping fee?
For orders of one (1) hat, a flat shipping fee of $10.95 applies. If you order two (2) hats, the shipping cost is reduced to $4.95. For three (3) or more hats, enjoy free shipping within Australia, which is automatically applied at checkout.
When can I expect my order?
Our team will endeavour to process and dispatch your item(s) within 48 hours of ordering. Delivery times within Australia are estimated between 5 - 7 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and proof of purchase is required.

Refund processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange?
If you wish to exchange your hat for a different style or color, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll be happy to assist with the exchange, subject to product availability.
Please note, Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Product Care
Are the hats machine washable?
We recommend hand washing in cold water only to preserve the colours and quality of the item.
Not suitable for the dryer.
